Pam the first section is GORGEOUS!! | ||

LOVE IT --LOVE IT!! Pam-- I love the way you design your birds. They are always so sweet and "fluffy"
which I love, and they always seem to come alive on the fabric! I woke up this morning (after three hours of sleep) LOL because I knew today was "the
day". I'm so glad I did. Your design is already bringing HUGE smiles to my face and it's only the first portion!

I agree Julie! Hope to stitch this sometime in the near future. I'm working on a model for GhostStitchers now, so I'll have to wait to start it.
Where did you live in Montana? My dad was stationed at Glasgow AFB many years ago. Kim

Hi Julie -- I know what you mean about MT robins.... I grew up there and moved away just a few years ago -- and I haven't seen any robins that even come
close to what we had. I also miss the Meadowlarks -- they were beautiful with such melodic songs. *sigh*
I haven't signed up for the First Robin of Spring just yet -- I'm sure I'll cave in once I see the first progress pics. LOL

I started part 1 this early this morning and just finished the bird. He's cute but certainly doesn't look like the robins that live around here in the
summer.

Hi Kathy. I'm glad someone else has gotten to view the robins in Montana. That's why I'm so excited about this SAL. You're definitely going
to "cave" when you see this li'l fellow. LOL
Julie PS---Does anyone know how to post pictures in here? Are we able to? |

Your progress looks lovely, Cathy!!! :) Mine doesn't look like quite like it is supposed to. I didn't have the oranges the chart calls for, nor did I
have the greens. So, I used the leftover greens from Pam's Valentine Mystery SAL instead, and used some oranges that I had in my stash. I didn't want
to wait until Monday to get them. I was too impatient.
S'okay though, I still love him even though he doesn't look quite right. LOL ~Julie~

It's so cute! But again, as it has been said, it's not a Robin, like ours! Our Robin's are dark brown/black, with a red breast. But he's a
cutie (she?)

I'm glad to hear that everyone is pleased with the design so far! I've had robin's on my brain for weeks now! They're usually back in my area
by now but we had so much snow this year, they haven't shown up yet. I keep hoping though!

Hi again all. Well, I'm having "issues" posting a picture. lol I tried the HTML tagline but it wouldn't come up. I'm almost finished
with part I. I WAS finished..until I discovered that the frog came to visit me.

I like it, it looks real pretty, nicely done!
To add a link, or a picture, it works better if you click reply, there are then options you can do. If you click "Quick reply" those options aren't listed. here is your link Or you can add it to your photos, and post a thumbnail or actual photo.
I hope this helps

Oh, in order to insert an image, they want you to
either load in an image into their photo album, or you can click on, insert from url, then place your Url in, and click done. I hope this helps for the next one |

Thanks Julie! I hope everyone likes it as much as you do! I've always had a thing for Robins and thankfully, I saw 4 real ones in my yard yesterday! Still
waiting to see one today but at least I know they're back!

Here is my little fella! I'm already attached to him! Like I said, I know I was naughty and used the wrong oranges and the wrong greens too...LOL.
But---I still love him to pieces and I think he is just as stunning. I was just too impatient and didn't feel like waiting to start him. Another
BRILLIANT bird, Pam.
